Prostate Cancer

The leading cause of cancer in black men and the cancer responsible for the most deaths in black men. The Caribbean has the highest Mortality rate after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. Risk assessment, screening and diagnostic services with Ultrasound guided prostate biopsy are offered. Many solutions are offered from medical, Hormonal, surgical and radiation based perspective. 

Bladder Cancer

Blood in the urine can be the first sign of bladder cancer. Smoking and chemical exposure are leading risk factors. It is one of the most aggressive cancers Urologist manage. Early detection with a cystoscopy and trans urethral resection are critical for effective management and disease control.

Kidney

Abnormal masses on the kidney may be a sign of kidney cancers. Appropriate imaging and sometimes biopsy can help to determine if the mass is cancerous or not. Techniques to remove part of the kidney or all of the kidney are offered. The most effective cure for kidney cancer is well performed surgery.

Penile Cancer

Abnormal rashes or lesions of the penis or foreskin can be a sign of penile cancer. Especially in uncircumcised med. Occasionally topical therapies or surgery may be required to effectively cure the cancer

Complex Pelvic Cancers

Sometimes cancers arising from the bowel, womb or ovaries may involve the urinary tract. Safe removal of these cancers may require a multidisciplinary approach to protect organs not involved with the cancer.
