Urinary obstruction preventing urine from flowing is a common problem for the ageing male. An obstructing prostate is the commonest cause. BPH can be managed by a number of medications and occasionally surgery. Another common causes in younger men includes a urethral strictures, blockages in the urinary passage. Tiny incisions can be made with cameras to open the passage.

Cant keep it in?

Many things can irritate the bladder leading to urinary frequency, urgency, waking up at night often to void and even leaking urine. These things can range from the things in the diet to, to stones, infections and cancers. Many options exist to diagnose and treat this problem.
